INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup olive oil
1 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons paprika
8 red chilli peppers(adjust with your taste)
1 medium sized red onion
6 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons lemon zest
4 heaped tablespoons chopped parsley
4 heaped tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh thyme
2 tablespoons chopped Rosemary
4 tablespoons fresh Oregano
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
DIRECTIONS
Throw in all your dry ingredients into a food processor or a blender
Pour in your wet ingredients,the oil,lemon juice and vinegar
Close this and give it a quick blitz until a smooth consistent
Go ahead and taste your sauce and tweak to your taste,that’s the fun in making your own marinades and sauce.You can add in chilli flakes,cayenne pepper,mint,chives…you are the boss with this sauce.
Pour this into a sterilized jar and store in your refrigerator ready for that barbecue.
