Ever got tired of having your wings the same ol’ way you usually do? you need not to as this recipe has you covered.
So easy so simple and easy it is to bring this together.
This wings can be done over a grill or in the comfort of your kitchen, all you need is a heavy based pan or skillet, cast iron skillets are ideal, this can also be done using your regular nonstick pan.
This wings are sweet, tangy with a little bit of heat on them,an absolute crowd pleaser.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 kg chicken wings
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon corn starch
Pinch of cayenne pepper(season to your heat level)
You can always double up the recipe as this was enough for 2 people
DIRECTIONS
Wash your wings using clean running water and pat dry
Pour 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper on your wings.
Toss to coat well
Mix all the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring it to a quick boil, turn the heat down and let it simmer for 5 minutes to thicken up.
That will be your barbecue sauce, set it aside.
I however had made a larger batch of this balsamic barbecue sauce as I find it more convenient and saves on time for when I need to whip up something quick.

HOME MADE BALSAMIC BARBECUE SAUCE
So I just poured enough into a small dish to use in this recipe
Heat up your pan to medium high.
Place your wings on the pan, making sure the wings are in full contact with the pan
Cook for about10 minutes each side then flip over
However note that cooking time might vary depending on your heat source and type of pan.Just keep flipping until evenly browned.
When done, coat them with the barbecue sauce both sides and cook for 1 more minute
Do not cook for long after adding your barbecue sauce as the sugars will burn and carbonise
