Heat up your grill pan or non stick pan to a medium high and place your sandwich on top

Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes undisturbed until browned and crispy, the heat should be just enough not to burn your sandwich while ensuring the cheese does melt.
After two minutes flip over

Cook the underside for two to 3 more minutes,by this time the cheese should have totally melted down and some oozing out on the pan.
When done take it out of the pan,cut it up and serve

ENJOY.

A fast, easy and very tasty sandwich. Thank you for all the recipes. I would like to request if you could do a recipe on mac and cheese; preferably without using an oven
