This is a versatile blend of herbs and spices that goes well with almost anything from ;poultry,saladdressings,pasta,meatballs,roasting beef&lamb,delicious dips,and on any recipe that calls for Italian seasoning.
It’s easy to bring together and and pocket friendly than store bought ones.
I usually make this in bulk as it maintains its freshness for up-to 3 months if stored in an airtight container.
6 tablespoons Basil
6 tablespoons parsley
6 tablespoons oregano
2 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion flakes
2 teaspoons thyme
2 teaspoons rosemary
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons kosher salt
mix up all the herbs&spices in a bowl
The resulting spice blend will be coarse,However, I prefer mine a bit fine so I gave it a quick blitz in the grinder
Store your seasoning in a container until when needed
