Hosting a party,get-togethers,or having friends over,’Mshikakis’ are one of those meals served as starters, appetisers or as a snack.
This recipe makes for delicious, juicy and tender Kabobs, the beef paired with the sweet caramelized pineapples are a match made in heaven, the sweetness and tang from the pineapples compliment the rich beefy flavours coming from the steak making this as addictive as they can get.
Marinating the beef in pineapple juice breaks down the proteins in the meat tenderising it in the process.
Bringing together this delicious treat doesn’t get any easier than this, all you need is a grill pan, broiler oven or an open fire grill with a prep and cook time of under 30 minutes excluding the marination.
I had a friend over and paired this with itallian style baked potato wedges and we absolutely loved it.
