INGREDIENTS
5 large potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons Italian seasoning
You can go ahead and use store bought Italian seasoning or make your own seasoning using my recipe for Home Made Italian Seasoning.
Make it in bulk and store it in your pantry as it will come in handy in alot of recipes be it meat balls,dressings,poultry and many more.
DIRECTIONS
Thoroughly wash your potatoes with clean running water.You can go ahead and peel your potatoes if you so wish,I like mine skin on
Chop up your potatoes into wedges
Season your potatoes with salt,olive oil and the Italian Seasoning.Toss well to mix
Place your potatoes on a greased baking tray or arrange them on top of a wire rack,I find they turn out crispier this way
Place this in a preheated oven at 210℃ and bake for 40 minutes.When halfway through cooking,flip them over
When well browned and crispy,take them out and serve
