PREP TIME:10 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 35-40 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
- 4 large potatoes
- 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped Rosemary
- 2 thyme sprigs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Wash and peel your potatoes,I like my potatoes skin on for extra flavour and crunch.
Go ahead and chop your potatoes into into even chunks
In a bowl,toss in your potatoes,olive oil,salt and pepper
Spread evenly on a greased baking tray ensuring they do not overlap,this will ensure for even cooking and maximum crispiness
Bake this inside a preheated oven at 210℃ for 20 minutes.After 20 minutes take them out and inside a bowl,mix in the balsamic vinegar,honey,rosemary and thyme.
Take this back inside the oven and bake for a further 15 minutes until caramelized and crispy
