Easy to whip together and requiring little cleanup afterwards,stir-fry is one of my go to dish when I want to bring together a quick meal mainly due to the fact that all the magic happens in one pan.
Use vegetables on hand in this recipe,I only had bell peppers and green onions on me however carrots,beets,snow peas e.t.c goes well with this recipe

What is amazing about this meal is I it’s versatility,you can use whatever veggies you have in hand as the stars of the show here is the beef and the spaghetti.I had red&yellow peppers,carrots,white and green onions in hand and that’s what I went with.
This is flavourful and addictive dish is Asian inspired and easy to fall in love with.

COOK TIME: 15 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams beef steak
- 2 servings cooked spaghetti
- 1/2 white onion
- 2 green onions
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
Stir-fry sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
DIRECTIONS
Thinly slice your vegetable into long even strips.Also slice thinly your beef against the grain
Mix all your stirfry sauce ingredients together in a bowl.I usually set a side some water that i used to cook pasta,it comes in handy incase your stir-fry dries up,just add a few teaspoons and get a sauce consistency you prefer
Season your beef with salt and pepper preceding to coat it with the all purpose flour
Heat up your wok or pan until screaming hot.pour in your vegetable oil and fry your beef strips until browned but still tender
Take out your beef and set aside.Throw in your onions in the pan,toss for a minute then add in your carrots and toss for another minute.Add in the bell peppers and toss for about two minutes
Add in your beef at this stage,toss for a minute then mix in your cooked spaghetti
Mix in your spaghetti till it achieves abit of char.pour in your stir-fry sauce and mix staining every Inch of the spaghetti.Throw in your green onions and toss.At this point I added a teaspoon of sesame oil and took it off the heat.
Garnish with green onions and serve while still sizzling hot
