PESTO GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH

Crunchy buttery bread with a cheesy creamy oozy inside, that is my type of sandwich.

I love grilled cheese sandwiches, you can bring them together at a moment’s notice using leftovers or any ingredients that you have in hand.

I have made sandwiches using leftover pork, chicken, pulled beef, avocado, tomatoes it really is open to your imagination.

I had some leftover Home Made Almond Basil Pesto from my Basil pesto pasta recipe, slathered it on my bread, topped it with a mixture of cheddar and mozzarella cheese,in no time I had a delicious cheesy crunchy pesto sandwich, this were delicious taking me less than 15 minutes to prepare.
