- 4 large potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Wash and clean your potatoes using clean water.Peel your potatoes or leave them skin on.I love my fries skin on for that extra bite and crunch
Place this inside a preheated oven at 220℃ for 40 minutes flipping halfway through the cooking time for maximum crispiness on both sides
